What we own

Goazon LLC owns the Goazon name and logo, the cork-board and pushpin visual design and trade dress, the site’s artwork, copy, layouts, software and source code, and the compiled listing, venue and geocoding database. Reproducing, scraping, mirroring or using any of it to train a machine-learning model, or building a competing service from it, is prohibited. See section 8 of the Terms of Use.

What posters own — and promise

Organizers keep the rights to their own photos, posters and logos, and grant us a licence to publish them here. When a business connects a website or calendar for automatic listings, that authorization covers the posters, promo images and logo we import from it, and the business confirms it holds the rights to that material. Tell us and we remove anything imported in error.

Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)

If you own a copyright and believe material here infringes it, email our designated agent at copyright@goazon.com (or write to Goazon LLC, Fort Collins, Colorado) with:

Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the work you say is infringed.
The exact listing URL or image so we can find it.
Your name, address, phone number and email.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable properly reported material promptly, notify the poster, and terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to copyright@goazon.com with your signature, the material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the complainant files suit.

Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice creates liability for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Trademark and impersonation

Goazon, the Goazon logo, the cork-board design, “Let’s Go!” and “Find What’s Going On.” are trademarks and trade dress of Goazon LLC. To report a listing that misuses your brand name or logo, or that impersonates your venue or organization, email legal@goazon.com with the mark, proof of your rights and the listing URL. Impersonation also breaches our Posting Guidelines and is removed on sight.

Map data and the “Local attractions” places: © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL) — openstreetmap.org/copyright. Address and place lookups use the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service.
Attraction photos, where shown: Wikimedia Commons contributors, each under its own free licence noted on the file page at commons.wikimedia.org.
Posters, photos and logos on listings belong to the organizers and businesses who posted or authorized them.
