About Goazon
Goazon was started by an artist who wanted an easy, affordable way for artists, small businesses, and good events to be found — and one simple, all-in-one place for people who want to take part to look. It is technology used and guided for the good of the artist, the small business, and the community.
Why this exists
The founder is an artist first. Too many good events — a foothills show, a pop-up market, a weekly food-truck stop — stay quiet only because promoting them is hard, scattered, or expensive. Goazon flips that: pin it once, and the town sees it.
What we stand for
Built by an artist, for artists
Goazon began because one artist got tired of great shows being invisible. The whole site is shaped around the people who make things — musicians, makers, food trucks, hosts, organizers — and the neighbors who'd show up if they only knew.
Affordable for small businesses
A small venue, a yard-sale host, a weekly food-truck stop — none of these should need a marketing budget to be found. Goazon keeps posting simple and cheap, with a free path and an optional boost when you want more eyes.
One easy place to look
Instead of scrolling five apps and three Facebook groups, people open one map and see what's going on — tonight, this weekend, this month — in their town and the towns nearby. Easy for the curious, fair to the host.
Technology guided for good
The tools here — calendar sync, smart screening, map search — exist to lift up artists, small businesses, and community, never to squeeze them. Automation does the busywork so humans can focus on the event and the people.
How it works
- 01Hosts post an event, or connect a website calendar and let Goazon build the listing automatically.
- 02Automated screening keeps the board honest and safe, with a human moderator for anything risky.
- 03Neighbors open one map, see what's going on nearby, and show up.
